Frank Cusick, member Meitasoft Inc. BoD, assumes role of Vice President of Customer Services

Cusick has assumed the role of Vice President of Customer Services.
Frank has extensive experience running services organizations
ranging from startups to large organizations with budgets north of
25 million. He has published numerous articles on IT operations and
business process re-engineering.
In addition Frank has extensive business and partner development experience in N.A. and Europe, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and India.

Software’s Ross ERP & Supply Chain Product lines. Industries served
included F&B, LS, Metals, and Chemical. Drove professional services
revenues to highest levels achieved in company’s history and
improved net margin from 16% to 30% over 4 quarters.
Vice President of CDC’s Professional Services
Marketing Automation practice. His team developed highly acclaimed,
industry leading examples of automated relationship-marketing
campaigns for Pharmacia’s prescription and non-prescription brands,
for example: Rogaine for Men and Women, Nicotrol Smoking Cessation
and Depo-Provera.
Vice President of Professional Services for
PIVOTAL CORPORATION a Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
software company (acquired by CDC). Frank conducted hands-on
business development, including: selling, defining, proposing,
negotiating, closing, planning and staffing.

MARKETFIRST SOFTWARE a dot-com provider of Internet marketing
automation (web+email+workflow) software and services. Frank
bootstrapped the Boston practice, from scratch and drove consecutive
quarter over quarter revenue growth for five straight quarters
despite the “dot com” bubble bust. He helped to win and support
numerous top clients including Standard & Poor’s, Dunn & Brad
Street, Pharmacia, Pfizer, Applied Biosystems, Sharp USA,
Documentum, FileNet, Road Runner, and many more.

SYSTEM SOFTWARE ASSOCIATES. SSA) provides enterprise software
solutions for ERP and SCM. Frank’s NA team delivered core and
boutique technical services based on SSA’s Unix and AS400 based BPCS
(ERP) products. He drove practice revenue to highest level in 98.
Frank worked at DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORP (DEC) in software engineering leadership roles focused on manufacturing automation and distributed computing.
